What are the dimensions of shaped carpets?

Shaped carpets are available in more than one size. The size varies according to the shape of the design. When you enter the product, you will see small and large sizes. You can choose the most suitable size for you and create an order.

What are the blanket sizes?

Blankets are available in 3 different sizes. When you enter the product, you can see which sizes you can order by clicking the size chart button.

What are the dimensions of the desk mat?

Our desk mats are available in 4 different sizes:

  • Medium: 16″x12″ – 40x30cm
  • Large: 28″x12″ – 70x30cm
  • XLarge: 32″x12″ – 80x30cm
  • XXLarge:36″x16” – 90x40cm
Why 3mm for thickness for mousepads/deskpads?

Traditional mousepads on the market are manufactured at 2mm or lower thickness, we offer 3mm to our customers to give maximum comfort and ergonomics.

What are our carpets made from?

Two different carpet qualities are available.

1 - Leather quality: Does not slip on any floor. The top is shiny and made of breathable "microfiber" fabric. The bottom part is artificial leather. The carpet height is tomlam 5mm with 0.5mm top fabric, 3mm inner sponge, 1.5 bottom base thickness.

2 - Ultra soft quality: It does not slip on any floor. The top side is plush. The bottom is cotton and polyester. It has a total thickness of 7mm with 3mm top fabric, 3mm sponge and 1mm bottom base.

What are our blankets made from?

Our blankets are polyester and cotton blend. We have two different blanket qualities.

1. Fleece Fabric: Made of premium quality suede polyester.

2. Sherpa (Plush) Fabric: Velvet fabric with striped top side. The inner part is made of 40% polyester, 60% cotton blend plush fabric.

What are our deskpads made from?

The surface of the deskpad is made from high density polyester that allows for the best traction for your mouse. Being polyester, the surface is very comfortable, smooth and can be machine-washed.

The bottom of the pad is made from natural rubber that gives the mat an anti-slip feature to prevent unnecessary movements. The anti-slip will ensure your mat won't slide while intense gaming sessions!

Where do I get order updates?

We recommend you create an account before placing an order so that you can keep track of your orders or returns when signed in.

If you do not have an account with us then you will receive order updates to the email linked with the order. You will be notified when the order is placed, shipped and delivered. You will also be provided a tracking number to your email and account.

Where is my order?

We produce your order within 1 to 3 working days. Together with the shipping time, it is delivered to you within an average of 1 week.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We request you to confirm your order, and double-check for any mistakes, prior to placing the order at checkout.

If for some reason you need to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us right away at support@deliceart.com so we can quickly process any changes. Please note, orders that have a tracking label created will not be able to be modified or cancelled.

Delivery Options Overview

All products you will receive in our store are shipped by UPS Express cargo. Your order is produced and delivered to cargo within 1 to 3 business days. It is delivered to the American region within 2 to 5 business days. It is delivered to the European region within 1 to 4 business days.

How do I pay fees and taxes?

UK Customers

For our UK customers due to the new VAT Laws implied through Brexit, starting January 2021 all duties and taxes must be collected at checkout to comply with UK VAT Laws. UK customers will be checking out with the product, shipping, duties and taxes at checkout.

All Other Customers

All other international customers will not have taxes and duties implemented at checkout. They will be responsible for paying duties and taxes post delivery when they are billed by the carrier. International customers not in the UK will be checking out with the product and shipping costs. Estimated duties/taxes will be shown when picking a shipping option at checkout.

When will my order ship?

After your order has been placed, all international orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Please note, potential delays can prevent your package from being shipped out on time. We will work our hardest to ensure your package gets shipped on time.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times can vary based on the country we are shipping to as well as the shipping option selected at checkout. For best results on when your order is arriving please check the tracking number provided to your email.

Returns

You can make easy returns within 7 days domestically. See below for detailed information.
What is the return process?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we allow returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refund on returns are only accepted for unused/unworn items from the shop. Items must be sent back in original packaging in order to receive refund.
  • The shipping cost of the returned product must be covered by the buyer.

To get started with a return please email support@deliceart.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return.

What if my product is lost/stolen/damaged?

100% customer satisfaction is very important for our company. Therefore, your order is followed up by our teams until it reaches you. We are responsible for this until your order reaches you. In case of theft, loss or damage, we will help you immediately.

If you experience one of these situations, please send a message to support@deliceart.com e-mail address within 6 hours, our relevant teams will immediately intervene and inform you.

Do you accept international returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international customers. We highly advise all customers outside of the US to double check before placing an order. Our logistics are not setup to accept international returns on any/all orders. You can view our return policy here:
