What do you need to do in exchange for a refund or refund?

1. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

2. You will be charged a return fee if the reason for return is not the fault of the product. For example, you will be charged a fee with reason is there is no need to use product.

3. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return via Contact Us or Email: support@deliceart.com

REFUND POLICY

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package

Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.

All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.

If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.
